Terms & Conditions of Hall Hire
Grange is happy to consider hire of the hall for parties with the following conditions pertaining:

Parties will only be considered for a Saturday only.
|

|
Ball games are not permitted except using a soft ball. Nothing is to be attached to the walls or doors in any way.
|
|
§
|
The hall is available from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. These are the earliest arrival and latest final exit times.
|
|
§
|
Children’s age should not exceed 11 years.
|
|
§
|
Grange URC does not provide Public Liability Insurance and Hirers should ensure that their household insurance covers the event or separate insurance should be sought.
|
|

|
Costs of hire are:

Per Hr £12.50
2 hrs £ 25.00
2 ½ hrs £ 30.00
3 hrs £ 35.00
4 hrs £ 40.00
2 hrs £ 25.00
2 ½ hrs £ 30.00
3 hrs £ 35.00
4 hrs £ 40.00

Preparation and clearing time will be charged at a proportion of the hourly charge.
|
|

|
Hall should be left in a clean and “as seen” condition after the party. All
|
electrical items should be turned off and toilets checked to see that taps have
not been left on.
|
§
|
A tour of the available parts of the property will be given on the day of hire.
|
|
§
|
Payment must be made on the day of party.
|
A more detailed copy of the Terms and Conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
